Shipping
The majority of orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase; where noted, some items may ship separately and take up to 3 business days to ship. “Business Days Only“
We have a standard free shipping option on almost every item. execpt some big ones like the Cats Tree and Cat House depending on the size and weight and are calculated at check-out. We provide excellent, reliable free shipping services within the United States, to Canada, the UK, Europe, and the Rest of the World. All shipping services include tracking information.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Free Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
**This excludes the item like Cat Tree, Cat Wall Art Climbing Set. These items are not eligible for free returns and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.**
Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that our return policy does not include cat apparel, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

*Products of a Custom Nature cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. Items that are Custom Printed upon Ordering are Not eligible for Return or Exchange unless the Item is Defective.*

Return and Exchange Process
1. Email customer care at cat@kittenside.com If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
2. Ship your return
3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, the item you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they’re in stock.
